1. Please take a prior appointment before you visit our office.

2. A paid member may avail our services for 1 year only, from the Date  of registration.

3. Minors and candidates with an unclear marital status are not eligible for registration.

4. Recent photos (BRIDE / BRIDEGROOM & Family ) should be submitted, along with the candidate's profile, for quick and better results.

5. Profile's of individuals without a Legal Divorce proof document, will not be entertained, for registration. In case of a second marriage for a Widow / Widower, a Death Certificate of the late Spouse, should be submitted, prior to registration.

6. Registration fee is non refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances.

7. The personal details of either Bride / Bridegroom, such as Date of Birth, Height, Qualifications, Job, Salary, Religion, Caste, Marital status, Property share etc, mentioned in their profile, by the Bride / Bridegroom or by their family members, should be rechecked / evaluated by both the parties, through reliable sources. The Avinash Reddy Marriages (Bureau) will not be responsible for any false information or disputes.

8. Avinash Reddy Marriages (Bureau) will not encourage or involve in any financial negotiations, for parties and will not be responsible for any disturbances between the parties.

9. If marriage is fixed either through our references or references of your own, in either case, the customer should take the moral responsibility to inform us the same immediately.

10. Avinash Reddy Marriages (Bureau) reserves the right to refuse any application for registration or terminate an existing profile, if the information provided by the bureau is found being misused or if the bureau is misled by the false information.

11. Avinash Reddy Marriages (Bureau) reserves all rights to amend any existing terms and conditions without any prior notification.
